Acceptance of terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order. These terms are conditions you accept when shopping online on the bro’Town shop.

Contract and Payment
Payment is to be made in New Zealand currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Product availability
Products may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Firehorse Films does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Security
Your credit card details are completely secure on this site. Data encryption software prevents interception of any information you provide online.
When you place an order or access your account details, this data passes to a secure server. All information you input is encrypted before it is sent to us.
Any data sent by you through this site is encrypted through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. SSL is a protocol developed for transmitting data over the Internet.

Orders, Price and Payment
All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time.
Delivery charges will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier chosen by Firehorse Films.
National delivery will be within 2 weeks of placing your order, unless there is a shortage of stock, in which case we will notify you of the delay.
International delivery will take approximately 3 – 4 weeks.

Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Firehorse Films Ltd. No charge will be made until the order is accepted.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to you.

Cancellation and Product Return
There can be no cancellations of orders once an order is placed. There are no refunds.

Where goods are faulty or damaged, or where the goods delivered are not those you ordered, or where you would like an exchange for a different size:

• You may return the goods at your own cost.
• Except where faulty, they must be in their original condition and packaging.
• You must include the invoice or delivery docket, and an explanation as to why you are returning the goods.
• They must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
• You will receive a credit note or another product of your choice.

There are no cash refunds when shopping on the bro’Town website.

Warranties
There are no specific warranties on our products but Firehorse Films will replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
