Acceptance of terms and conditions
The terms and conditions are the terms on which Firehorse Films offers you access to this auction. By bidding on the auction you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, we ask that you refrain from taking part in this auction.

1. All bids must be made by emailing mail@firehorsefilms.co.nz using the subject ‘AUCTION’.

2. Emails must contain a clear indication of the bid, along with the bidder’s full name and contact details. Any email received without these details will not be considered a valid bid.

3. The auction will run until 6pm ------. Any bids made after the auction has closed will not be accepted.

4. Your bids are not retractable once the auction has closed. You must only place a bid if you intend to buy the item at the price entered.

5. You must make full and prompt payment for the item if you are the winning bidder.

6. We retain the right to have a set reserve price for the item. If this reserve price is not reached, the item will not be sold.
