The Story of bro'Town, Live on stage!

For the first time ever… the boys and girls behind bro’Town will take to the stage, live and in person for just two nights at the International Festival of the Arts in Wellington.

A sneaky behind the scenes look at the country’s favourite comedy, jam packed full of surprises, scandals and the stuff they couldn’t show you on TV, this festival pick is not to be missed! The highs, the lows, the lovers, the haters, the playas and the parties come to life in this exclusive 75 minute show.

Series creator Elizabeth Mitchell, the Naked Samoans – Oscar Kightley, Mario Gaoa, Shimpal Lelisi and David Fane - and bro’Town’s awesome artistic geniuses Ant Sang and Maka Makatoa, get together to tell you the true story of bro’Town, New Zealand’s smash hit animated comedy! From its first days of conception, right through to the current fifth series. The bro’Town team will also be joined by some of the show’s celebrity guests in this multi-media show-and-tell session.

Get up close and personal with some of the country’s favourite performers, in a one-off contemporary cultural extravaganza created especially for the festival!
