The bro's lend their support to Labour!

A fundraising auction was held for the Labour Party last weekend, and the bro’Town crew was happy to show their support for the event!

The Mid-Winter Dinner and Auction was MC’d by our very own Oscar Kightley, and among the items to go under the hammer was framed set of bro’Town original artwork.

The original artwork featured bro’Town’s 'close and personal friend' Prime Minister Helen Clark and showed the different stages of the animation process – rough animation, clean up and colour – in one framed set, from the episode 'The Weakest Link' (bro'Town Series 1).

After some fierce bidding the piece was sold to Downsize Me's Diet Expert Damian Kristoff, who is a big fan of bro'Town.

Barbara Ward, the event coordinator, was thrilled with the success of the evening.

“The auction was a tremendous success, and the contribution made by Firehorse Films helped make it a very special evening," she said.
