The bro’Town crew is very excited to announce that the NZ Village at the 2008 Beijing Olympics will be officially, and affectionately, named ‘bro’Town’!

We were thrilled when organisers from the New Zealand Olympic Committee approached us with this opportunity, and jumped at the chance to be involved in such an historically exciting event!

The NZ Village is an integral part of the Olympic experience for our Kiwi athletes, where they all hang out and relax. In the past it has been called ‘The Backyard’ and ‘Middle Earth’, but this year it will be decked out in bro’Town styles and our very own AA sign!

“We work hard to create an inspirational High Performance environment within the New Zealand section of the villages,” said Dave Currie, the Chef de Mission for the New Zealand Olympic Team. “We believe bro’Town will add significantly to that.”

“I am very excited to have a New Zealand creative success story helping to inspire our team in Beijing. I have no doubt that our team will relate to and enjoy hanging out in bro’Town,” added Robyn Wong, Team Services Manager.

The bro’Town team has put together a special video and designed some exclusive images for the team filled with bro’Town messages of support. We have also sent over DVDs of the show for the athletes to chill out to.
