bro'Town Gets Arty for SAFE!
National Animal Advocacy organisation SAFE is holding their fifth annual Charity Art Auction this weekend, and the bro’Town crew were keen to show their support for such a wonderful cause!

A Bid For Freedom will be hosted by Jaquie Brown, and will feature over 40 works by some of New Zealand’s most renowned artists.

The bro’Town crew have donated an awesome piece of original artwork from the upcoming episode ‘A Vegetarian at my Table’ in bro’Town Series 5. We can’t reveal too much, but in this episode the boys explore vegetarianism and befriend a cute little pig who they name Kevin Bacon!

“I am always overwhelmed and so heart-warmed by the enthusiasm bro’Town shows for SAFE’s fundraiser art auctions. We love including bro’Town’s work in the auctions,” said Auction Organiser Amanda Sorrenson.

“This artwork in particular is so cool and contemporary, and it’s also relevant to the themes that SAFE deals with in its efforts to raise awareness of animal cruelty and to instil compassion.”

The Auction will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at the SOCA Gallery in Auckland.

All proceeds from this event will contribute to SAFE’s LovePigs Campaign and their Battery Hen Campaign.
