The pictures in bro'Town are first drawn by hand, they are then all scanned and then painted on the computer.

We use a software programme called U.S. Animation, which is also used by many of the major international studios. Each character, prop and background is painted in colours specified by the designer.

This is where all the layers of animation and backgrounds are put together. The camera moves (pans, zooms etc) are also done at this stage of the process. The images are then exported to our Avid editing system, where we convert the composited images and sounds into video so you can watch it on TV.
